Job Description:
Metava Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales and Marketing Agent to join our team. This individual will play a key role in promoting our services, driving customer acquisition, and building strong relationships within the market. The ideal candidate is proactive, skilled in both sales and marketing techniques, and passionate about connecting with customers to meet their needs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis, contributing to the company’s revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential customers, gathering insights that inform our sales approach.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal and ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Marketing
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness.
- Create and manage content across social media platforms to engage with our target audience.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to produce promotional materials, such as brochures, presentations, and online ads.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking gatherings, and trade shows to increase brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, ideally in the tech or digital solutions industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing software, CRM systems).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in pursuing sales opportunities.
- Familiarity with the local market and understanding of industry trends is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
